Title: Stillness After the Rain
Artist: Brian Parr
Medium: Oil on canvas
Dimensions: 24” x 36”

A quiet hush settles over the landscape as the last of the storm clouds drift away. Parr captures the moment when the world feels rinsed clean—wet earth glistening, puddles catching the pale sky, and a lone dark tree anchoring the scene with quiet strength. The expressive brushwork and muted palette create a sense of calm reflection, inviting the viewer into the stillness that follows weather’s passing.
